They are looking for BE/B.Tech (CSE, IT) candidates who are technically strong in C, C++ and Linux programming language. Job Summary:

• Bugfix, development, and quality assurance of our open source products, as well as provide support for internal systems.
• Should have development skills in C, C++ / python / Ruby, Ruby on Rails. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop & contribute to various Red Hat products and Red Hat supported open source projects as well as internal tools.
• Work on improving technical documentation of Red Hat products and Red Hat supported open source projects.
• Create and implement technical products and systems.
• Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data and support Red Hat customers.

Required Skills:

• Interest in open source software and development.
• Intermediate knowledge of Linux and programming languages like C, C++, Python, Ruby, Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
• Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a technology-related discipline is preferred.
• Prior participation and active community member in open source software projects is a significant advantage.
• Creative, motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a globally distributed team.
