DMX India focuses on delivering niche solutions in IT service management, data security, data center & mobile solutions. They are hiring BE/B.Tech(CSE, IT) graduates from 2014-2015 batch. Candidates have to sign an agreement for 1 year. Candidates will be posted as Associate Software Engineer where their job responsibilities would be to log and resolve customer issues related to software’s, handle multiple products, etc.


Job Position: Associate Software Engineer

Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech (CS/IT/IS) from 2014-2015 batches with 60% of marks as their highest marks.

Technical Skills Required:

• Knowledge on Windows/Linus operating system
• Knowledge on SQL databases(ODBC connections/ Database Querying)
• Basic knowledge on Network
• Knowledge on coding logic
• Added Advantage: Python, Java

Job Description:

• Logging and resolving customer issues related to software’s (Company owned product and third party products).
• Multiple product handling (Network Management Tool, Infrastructure Management suite, Cloud portal etc.)
• Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team.
• Deploying of software patches.
